Branson, MO

Posted in Uncategorized on August 13, 2008 by unclestevo

After a 3 day rest from the San Francisco trip we headed down to Branson, MO for the Kuiken family vacation.  We had a different condo building this year and the view was great.  Here are a couple of sunsets that I captured from just outside our back door.

We introduced the twins to hats while we were in Branson, and I think they liked them.  Cody was pretty curious about the baseball style cap.  He couldn’t take his eyes off the bill that stuck out in front of his nose.

Around supper time one evening I caught this picture of Julie feeding Joslyn and thought it was worthy of showing the world.

On Friday, we spent the day with Grandma and Grandpa Kuiken and Aunt Kristi.  We spent the day at the Muir National Monument to see the Red Wood Trees.  Here is Kristi and Julie giving Joslyn a little snack.

Here is the view that the twins had from the stroller.

San Francisco with the Twins

Below is a really cute picture of the twins in their first hotel stay.  This is where they met their cousin Abel and his parents Uncle Rob, and Aunt Leah. You can go to Abel’s blog to see a picture of the three of the them at http://www.abeljustice.com  Abel was kind enough to help babysit these two while Julie and I went to Uncle Brent’s wedding.

Later that week Aunt Kim was able to join us in San Francisco.  Here Cody is getting bored with the girl talk, but he really enjoyed his time with Aunt Kim.

On Saturday, after the Kuiken family headed back to Iowa, we had one more day with the Vis family. Here we had some fun in an elevator where we parked our car.  In this small elevator we had 2 strollers (one double stroller for the twins) and 7 adults. It was a little tight, but we fit.
